Our recruitment process aims to match the right candidate with the right role at the right time. We take advantage of our access to different online channels, existing candidate database, established business networks, and professional referrals to source the most suitable candidates for any given role.

 

After identifying a potential applicant, our highly experienced and qualified team members conduct two rounds of professional interviews.

We tend to present our clients with maximum 5 shortlisted candidates that perfectly match role requirements.

 

Additionally, we provide required skill testing such as language and specific technical knowledge verification.

 

Our recruitment process is transparent, and fair. No applicant is left without an update, all candidates are informed about their status within the selection procedure timeline. We aim to streamline the decision making process so candidates would not miss on other opportunities coming along.

 

At the end of the process, all candidates receive detailed feedbacks about the outcome of their application.
